Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 100xuci ("Company", "we" or "platform"). This document governs the entire relationship between the user and the platform, covering all services, features, promotions and content offered.

Continued use of the 100xuci platform after any amendment to these terms is considered your acceptance of the latest version of this document. It is the responsibility of each member to check this page from time to time.

These terms are to be read together with the 100xuci Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

100xuci services are open only to individuals who have reached 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

2.2 Jurisdiction Requirement

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that participation in online betting activities is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their location. 100xuci makes no representation regarding the legality of this service in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is allowed only one active account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses.

• Registration information must be accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
• Users are prohibited from registering on behalf of another individual or using a false identity.
• Each account is for the personal use of the registered owner only.
• Users must inform 100xuci of any changes to their registered personal information.

User Account

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. This includes keeping your password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 100xuci support team immediately via live chat or email.

100xuci will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of the user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account credentials.

3.2 Identity Verification

100xuci reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC") at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address or payment method information. This process is part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention.

Accounts that fail to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated period may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts that show no login activity for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy. Full details on this matter will be communicated to members via their registered email before any action is taken.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Methods and Limits

100xuci supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: within less than 1 hour after verification is complete.

4.2 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is processed.

4.3 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to the registered user. 100xuci reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if there are doubts about the source of funds or if the account is under review.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

100xuci offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

Worked example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a RM120 bonus making your balance RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800. For a deposit of RM1,800, a RM1,000 bonus is received making the balance RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms stated on the relevant page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by accounts that have been verified and meet the eligibility requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, is prohibited.
• 100xuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• 100xuci's decisions regarding any bonus dispute are final.

5.3 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible for the VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Tier upgrades are based on continued betting activity and are decided at the sole discretion of 100xuci.

Game Rules

All games offered on the 100xuci platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or through a live casino system operated by internationally licensed providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on speculative grounds.

• Users must use the platform honestly and transparently without any assistive software, bots or external algorithms.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means is a serious breach of these terms.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are considered valid unless a clear technical fault occurs.
• In the event of a system failure or technical error, 100xuci reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.

User Conduct

Users are expected to use the 100xuci platform in a responsible and respectful manner. The following actions constitute a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or obtain bonuses improperly.
• Harassing, defaming or threatening other users or support staff.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Transferring funds between accounts with the intent to launder money or conceal the source of funds.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

If 100xuci suspects any unlawful activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to immediately restrict user access without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 100xuci platform including the brand name, logos, website design, graphics, text, software code and promotional materials are the exclusive property of 100xuci or our licensed providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without written permission from 100xuci.

Use of the 100xuci name or logo in any form of advertising, social media or third-party materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100xuci will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses suffered by users, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses caused by betting decisions.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to accounts resulting from user negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

The maximum liability of 100xuci to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 By 100xuci

100xuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraud or instructions from relevant authorities.

In the event of termination due to a breach, 100xuci is not obligated to return any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements. Verified real money balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

10.2 By User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 100xuci support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all real money balances eligible for withdrawal may be claimed subject to the applicable terms.

Amendments to Terms

100xuci reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, changes in law or other business considerations. Any amendment will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Notice of material changes will be provided via the registered email address or through notifications on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The 100xuci platform operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our platform is registered.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
